Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic shipments generally arrive within 3-7 business days, while international deliveries may take 10-20 business days. Seasonal demand or carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with the following options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders of $60+
Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for select regions. All fees are calculated in USD and displayed before payment confirmation.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select Asia-Pacific regions. Some remote locations or areas with customs restrictions may be excluded. During checkout, our system will automatically verify your address eligibility. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. Track your package directly through the carrier's website or via our order status portal. For orders with multiple items shipped separately, each shipment will generate a unique tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather events, or carrier logistical issues.
